Denture on implants

The medical insurance normally compensates for almost the entire treatment. The treatment first has to be requested at the insurance company by the dentist implantologist. If it is approved, the insurance company writes out an authorization, after which the treatment can be started. The deductible amounts to 180 Euro. If you have an additional insurance, a part of this can be refunded.

Legally determined tariffs

The dentists use tariffs determined by the government. The dentist's bill is composed of the several operations that were executed during treatment. On the bill every operation is described by a code. Each code has a corresponding tariff established by the government.
If you should have questions on our bill we will be happy to help you. You can call to 010-4180861 between 08.00 and 11.00.
For questions you can also reach us by telephone from 9.30 to 12.00 at the Dental Information Point on 0900-2025012 (0.25 cent per minute).

NHS compensations

For youngsters up to 18 years the Dutch NHS continues to compensate for a wide range of dental care. This is expanded with the treatment for missing or lost front teeth.

To prevent infection diseases from spreading among the patients in the practice, dentists are large-scale users of latex gloves, mouthcaps and cleaning and disinfection products. They also invested in valuable devices and instruments like sterilisation and thermodisinfection systems. These costs are passed on in the tariff for periodical check-up (decision minister Borst).

Appointment not kept: late notification (less than 24 hours before) Depending on the amount of time that was booked, a sum is charged going from 0-100% of the planned treatment. The point of view is that in the booked period no other patients can be attended.
