To make or change an appointment you can call our practice from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 11:00 uur.
	At other times you can leave a message on the answering machine. You will be contacted as soon as possible.
	For emergencies or consultation under colleagues you need to listen to the text on the answering machine.
	Unfortunately it is necessary to charge an appointment that was not cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice (you can also leave a message on the answering machine) (€ 100.00 per booked hour, in accordance with NMT payment conditions, available on request).
	It is also possible to send an e-mail to make an appointment, stating in which period you want the appointment and your possible preference. After receiving the message we will contact you to make the final appointment. 	Our team works according to its schedules as much as possible. Unfortunately it may occur that you will have to wait a bit longer than expected or that your treatment requires more time than planned. We hope that you can understand this.

Night- and weekendshift

The night- and weekendshifts are designed for emergencies only.

Nightshifts
Monday to Thursday, from 17:00.

Weekendshifts
From Friday at noon 12:00 to Monday morning 08:00.

During these hours our answering machine will refer you to the central number of the emergency service of the Collaborating Dentists Rotterdam (STR) 026-3723925.
