Example: closed sinuslift
If there is not enough bone volume to place an implant, this technique makes it possible to place an implant.

A hole is drilled with a 2.2 mm drill,
afterwards a stylus is placed.

With some sort of "punches" the bone wall with the adjoining
membrane is tapped upwards.

Through the "drill hole", bone is inserted that is caught
with a filter, allowing placement of the implant.

The situation after three months.
