Example: central incisors

The lady is bothered by a moving and painful front tooth. The root (left in the picture) is broken and has to be removed.

The tooth has been removed and an implant was placed immediately, so only a minor surgical operation is needed. The implant looks like a solid (Titanium) screw.

In the mouth, only the healingscrew is visible, later on this
is replaced by a crown with a structure (abutment).

In the picture you can see the mesostructures ("foundations") of the new crowns. 1 crown on the implant (left) and 1 crown on a natural root.

The new crowns have been placed and feel like your own natural teeth.

The lady has high esthetical demands and is happy with her teeth.
